Unfortunately tables cannot be booked in advance for drinks only and will be available on a first come, first served basis.
Napoleons operate a strict ‘Challenge 21’ policy which means that if you are lucky enough to look under 21, you will need to provide valid ID to prove that you are over 18.
Please note we operate Challenge 25 in our Manchester casino.

On your first visit to our casino as a member, a valid Passport or photo Driving Licence will be required.

VISITORS
If you have decided not to become a member but would like to attend as a visitor, you are not be permitted to gamble in excess of £1,000 on the gaming tables, roulette machines or slot machines, nor cash out chips or tokens for more than £1,000. For buy-ins or cash-outs in excess of £1,000, you MUST provide your name and acceptable ID.

Please be aware that all visitors must check in at reception before entering the casino, providing their name, date of birth, occupation and allow a photograph to be taken. Please be advised that new customers who do not wish to become a member may be asked for proof of their name (e.g. bank card) before admission.
BUYING CHIPS
Playing the tables or gaming machines in a casino is exciting and fun but please only spend what you can afford. You may buy chips in a number of ways:
Cash and gaming machine tickets are accepted directly over the tables. Just place the cash/ticket on the table in front of the croupier (for security reasons they are not allowed to take cash straight from your hand) and ask for chips.
Debit card withdrawals can be made by members via the cash desk where you may withdraw cash up to our casinos limit or you may prefer to request a Personal Debit Limit above or below this amount which can easily be arranged.
Our in-branch ATM cash machines accepts all major debit cards.
PLAYING
Our experienced gaming staff are happy to explain the rules of the games and how to get started and will offer clarification if you need assistance!
